Changes in general terms and conditions for payment accounts and services for Legal entities clients and Sole traders in force by 16.09.2019

Dear Clients,
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that with respect to changes in the European Union Payment Services Directive PSD 2 Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act (PSPSA), as of 13.09.2019. the use of the current Hardware Tokens for active operations by Legal entities and Sole traders will be deactivated.
From this date (13.09.2019), to continue actively banking, you will be able to do so via SMS notification, Hardware or Software Token. The Software token you could download from Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS, completely free of charge or to visit bank office to buy a new one Hardware token device after 12.09.2019.
