We would like to hereby inform you of forthcoming changes, relating to agreements for payment services, rendered to you by United Bulgarian Bank AD.
With these changes, there is NO price increase of any of our services and the changes are triggered by:
the adopted amendments to the Law on payment services and payment operations.
our clients’ feedback and opinions to further simplify and improve our services to you

Should you disagree with those changes, you are entitled to terminate at any time your Payment Service Agreement, concluded with the Bank, by submitting a request in writing at a UBB branch not later than the effective date of the changes, without being liable for costs and indemnities.
