New service – SMS notification for credit movements on the accounts of individual clients

Dear Customers,
We would herewith like to remind you that as of 15.04.2016 Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD will provide new service - SMS notification for credit movements on the accounts of individual clients. Additional fee for the service will not be paid.
The new service will be activated for all individuals - existing and new clients. SMS notification will be sent for each incoming transfer or cash deposit to a current account, current account with a debit card or saving account to the contact phone number given by the client. The notice will contain information also about the amount of transfer/cash deposit and the actual balance of the account.
In case you have changed your contact phone number, to request an update, you can visit Raiffeisenbank’s branches.
If you do not want to use the service, you can request that in our branches or on the phones below without any costs or compensations.

- 0700 10 000 (Vivacom) – at the price of a city call
- 17 21 (М-Tel and Telenor) – with no increase of the fee
