Changes in the Tariff for Banks, as of 15.11.2021

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 15.11.2021 the following changes in Terms and conditions of Banks will come into force:

  • Extension of the COT for payments in BGN through RINGS (MT 202) – from until 15:30 to until 16:30

For further information about the changes please contact your Relationship Manager or the Contact centre of the Bank:

  • 0700 10 000 (Vivacom) at the price of a city call
  • 17 21 (A1 and Telenor) with no increase of the fee
  • (+359) 962 41 02 for connection from abroad
