Changes in the General Terms and conditions for provision of payment services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE to legal entities, in force by 10.02.2022

Dear customers,
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that as of 10.02.2022 change in the General Terms and conditions for provision of payment services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE to legal entities will enter in force.
The change is related to the planned cancellation of the possibility to sign with qualified electronic signature orders for issuance/change of bank guarantee or letter of credit, authorized via token/SMS through Raiffeisen Online. As of 10.02.2022 the bank shall continue to execute orders for issuance/change of bank guarantee or letter of credit, only signed and authorized via token/SMS.
For further information about the changes, including about the procedure for transition to the new way of submitting of orders for issuance and/or change of bank guarantee or letter of credit via token/SMS, please refer to the Bank’s website www.rbb.bg or contact the employees at Raiffeisenbank’s branches and on the phone numbers of Call centre:
- 0700 10 000 (Vivacom) – at the price of a city call
- 17 21 (A1 and Telenor) – with no increase of the fee
