Changes in General terms and conditions for payment accounts and services for Individual clients, in force by 29.06.2022

Dear clients,

Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that as of 29.06.2022 there will be changes in the General Terms and conditions for payment accounts and services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE for private individuals.

The changes are reflected in Section IX.4. Bill payments in RAIFFEISEN ONLINE, paragraphs 200 and 221.

After 29.06.2022 creation of new subscription for periodic bill payment and execution of single bill payments via Raiffeisen ONLINE and RaiMobile will be performed after application of the following elements of the strong customer authentication of the Client:

  • User name and password in combination with one-off authorisation code with temporary term of validity sent by the Bank via an SMS to a mobile phone number provided by Client for authorization of transactions. In case the Client has not requested active services in Raiffeisen ONLINE,  the authorisation code with temporary term of validity will be send to the mobile phone number provided by Client for contact, in the Request for Raiffeisen ONLINE service; or
  • User name and password in combination with one-off authorisation code generated by a specialized mobile application "Raiffeisen Token" - a software token.

Current clients using some of the payment services/products which are affected from the started changes are entitled prior to 29.06.2022 to inform in written form Raiffiesenbank (Bulgaria) EAD at any Bank’s branch for their disagreement with the changes and to terminate their contracts for the payment services/products without having to pay any expenses and/or compensation commissions in reference to the termination.

  • 0700 10 000 (Vivacom) – at the price of a city call
  • 17 21 (A1 and Yettel) – with no increase of the fee
