Changes in General terms and conditions for payment accounts and services for individual clients, in force by 05.06.2020

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that based on the feedback received from you, our clients and adapt you to innovations, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has decided to postpone the entry into force of the changes related to the introduction of thresholds on the size of transactions depending on the type of security device in "General terms and conditions for payment accounts and services for individual client". These specific rules will apply from 01.10.2020.
After the change enters into force, the authorizations of transactions in the online banking platform will continue to be performed via SMS notification or software token, depending on the type of security device, the corresponding transaction size thresholds will apply. The changes also envisage a change in the conditions related to the acceptance of power of attorney for opening and executing disposal actions with term deposits of clients of the Bank.
