Changes in General Terms and Conditions for Payment Accounts and Services for Individual clients

Dear clients,
Please be informed that KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD has made changes to the "General Terms and Conditions for Payment Accounts and Services, Debit Cards and KBC Online Bulgaria for individuals", that shall enter into force as of 07.05.2023.
You can find the changed General Terms in any office of KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD, and on the bank's website www.kbcbank.bg. The changes in the General Terms introduce conditions for registration and identification of clients, as well as requirements to authorization of third persons with rights to represent and perform operations with a client’s bank account. The new rules are aimed to provide even greater convenience and higher protection in servicing our client.
