Changes in Fees and Commissions Tariff for Individual clients

Dear clients,
In connection with the forthcoming merger of United Bulgarian Bank AD and KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD, we would like to inform you about upcoming changes in the Fees and Commissions Tariff for Individuals, which can be found in any branch of United Bulgarian Bank AD and KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD, and on the websites of both banks - www.ubb.bg and www.kbcbank.bg.
Current clients using some of the payment services/products which are affected from the stated changes are entitled prior, to the date of its entry into force to inform in written form United Bulgarian Bank AD or KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD at any Bank’s branch for their disagreement with the changes and to terminate their contracts for the payment services/products without having to pay any expenses and/or compensation commissions in reference to the termination. If clients do not express disagreement, the Bank will consider that the changes are accepted.
