Temporary unavailability of digital channels

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that as part of our service quality improvement, from 23:00 on 25.10.2024 to 09:00 on 27.10.2024 UBB Mobile and UBB Online will not be available. KBC Mobile Bulgaria and KBC Online Bulgaria will be operational.
The unavailability of UBB Mobile and UBB Online means that the manual ordering of transfers and payments between own accounts and to third parties will be restricted. We therefore recommend you plan and order urgent and important payments and transfers with immediate execution before 20:00 on 25.10.2024, or order them with a future value date after 26.10.2024 - this way they will be executed automatically and seamlessly.
We would like to assure you that all card transactions - ATM withdrawals and deposits, in-store payments at POS terminals and online purchases, use of digital wallets - will be fully accessible. It is sufficient to ensure funds in your accounts with active cards to them.
In addition, please note that our branches will not be open on Saturday, October 26, 2024, and that on Sunday, October 27, 2024, our branches in the shopping centers will be open during normal business hours.
