UBB joins the Equity Day 2023 Initiative

On June 15th UBB will take part in the eighth edition of the Equity Day initiative, organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) and the Central Depository. Under the initiative, individual investors will be able to trade shares free of charge on all markets operated by BSE, including the SME Growth Market beam.
On the Equity Day all retail investors (natural persons), clients of UBB, will be able to purchase or sell shares free of fees and commissions to the BSE, the Central Depository and an investment intermediary participating in the initiative, subject to all other conditions, in accordance with the law and the Bank's internal rules for concluding such transactions.
The initiative aims to stimulate the active participation of individuals - investors on the capital market, to improve the investment culture and increase the knowledge of financial instruments in Bulgaria.
This feature applies to 15 executed orders per individual at most and a turnover of no more than BGN 2 000 per single order during Equity Day.
