Raiffeisenbank with promotion on housing loans

Raiffeisenbank launches a promotional campaign on new housing loans, during which customers can take advantage of a free of charge processing of the loan application. The interest rate is fixed for the first year, and for the remaining period it is formed based on a 6-month SOFIBOR plus margin for loans in BGN and a 6-month EURIBOR plus margin for loans in EUR. The period for paying the loans is up to 30 years. Customers can also receive free preliminary approval of the loan within the day only based on income documents, and thus they are more flexible in looking for the best property and when negotiating with real estate agencies. The promotional terms are valid for new loan applications till 15 June 2013.
In addition to the loan, customers can receive a MasterCard Standard / Visa Classic credit card with a preliminarily approved limit, no service fee for the first year and no interest till the end of 2013.
