Raiffeisenbank Expands Headquarters with over 2,000 sq. m

30 January 2012
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD rented additional office space of 2,400 sq. m in the Poligraphia Office Centre. The bank headquarters will continue to use the building at Gogol Str. in Sofia.
„Due to the bank’s expansion in the last years, the headquarters building at Gogol Str. became insufficient in terms of capacity and could no longer accommodate all employees,” commented Momtchil Andreev, Chairperson and CEO of Raiffeisenbank. “We made this investment in order to improve labour conditions at the headquarters and to give a better service to our customers,” Mr. Andreev added.
„The fact that one of the biggest bank institutions in Bulgaria puts trust in the Poligraphia Office Centre proves that the Centre has been built according to the highest standards and covers all modern requirements of the corporate tenants,” commented Sergei Koinov, managing partner of Forton International and agent in the office renting deal. “Actually, in Vienna, where Raiffeisenbank’s headquarters are, many high-quality office buildings are renovated historic buildings. It is the same with the architecture of the building of the former Poligraphic Works, which was built in the 1950s – preserved on the outside and fully modernized on the inside,” Mr. Koinov added.
Poligraphia Office Centre has a total built-up area of 21,000 sq. m, more than 2,200 sq. m of business and 16,500 sq. m of office area. The Centre offers 230 parking places. The building has live security, video surveillance and also a presentable representative foyer and a shared reception desk with a controlled access system.
