Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD appointed its Managers and the Board of Controllers

On its first General Meeting the Shareholders of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD elected the Members of the Board of Controllers of the company. Mr. Momtchil Andreev – Chairman of the Management Board and Executive Director of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, was appointed as a Chairman of the Board of Controllers of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD. The elected members of the Board of Controllers are: Mag. Heinz Wiedner – a member of the Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria), Mr. Stefan Znidaric – a member of the Managing Board of Raiffeisen-Leasing International Gmbh. and Mrs. Nadezhda Mihaylova – Procurator of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria). Managers of the leasing company are Mr. Thomas Tomsich and Mr. Mikhail Tanev – Procurator of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria).
Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD started bussines activity initially in Sofia, at: Bussines Park Sofia, building 4, floor. 2.
The first public event of Raiffesen Leasing Bualgaria OOD will be at the Sofia Motor Show, on 11 –20 June, at the Internatinal Exhibition Center, where the company will present its products.
Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD is a universal leasing company and working together closely with Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, offers a considerable variety of leasing products focused on the financial leasing. Raiffeisen Leasing works with companies as well as private individuals and funds the purchase of new and used vihacles, cars, production and specialized equipment form an amount of BGL 10 000 (EUR 5 000) upward.
