Raiffeisen - Bulgaria starts offering leasing services in all Raiffeisenbank branches in the country

Raiffeisen – Bulgaria begins offering leasing services in all 62 offices of Raiffeisenbank in the country through its specialized company Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria Ltd. Both companies and individuals can take on lease new and used cars, trucks, trailers, buses, and agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, machines and real estate. The minimum required advance payment is 10%, with a leasing term from 1 to 5 years. The annual markup of the different schedules varies between 2,37% and 5,73%. Lessees can be both individuals and companies and the minimum purchasing price of the leased equipment must be at least 10.000 BGN.
Leasing is an alternative and flexible way for financing the purchase of automobiles and equipment, as no additional collateral is needed except for the purchased transport or technical equipment. Raiffeisen Leasing offers customs clearance when importing equipment directly from abroad, which is another advantage for the lessees. In fact, after the signing of the lease contract, the customer gets a registered automobile with all insurances and taxes paid.
