UBB’s working hours on Bulgaria’s National Holiday - 3rd March

We would like to inform you that on March 3rd - Bulgaria’s National Holiday - UBB branches will not be operating. Upon need of assistance and clarifications on UBB products and services, you may contact our Call Centre at the following telephone numbers: 0700 117 17 and *7171 (for subscribers of Bulgarian mobile network operators), and in case of international calls you can dial +3592 483 1717.
Our Call Centre will be answering your queries, as follows:
- 03.03.2017 (Friday) – from 09:00 AM until 06:00 PM;
- 04.03.2017 (Saturday) – from 09:00 AM until 06:00 PM;
- 05.03.2017 (Sunday) – a non-business day.
Upon need to block either a lost or a stolen card you may call the above stated telephone numbers at any time. Users of UBB’s e-banking or the mobile banking application UMobile can utilize the card block/activate option at any time.

On 06.03.2017 (Monday) our branches, as well as our Call Centre, will operate within their routine business hours.
We remind you that during the non-business days you can perform operations with your bank cards at all ATMs and POS terminals in the commercial network, as well as upon online purchases and payments.
