UBB's working hours on May 8th – an official non-banking day

This is to inform you that on May 8th – a non-business day following the official holiday of the Republic of Bulgaria , May 6th : Valour and Bulgarian Army Day - UBB branches will not be operating. Upon need of assistance and clarifications on UBB products and services you may contact our Call Centre at the following telephone numbers: 0700 117 17, *7171 and +3592 483 1717 for international calls.
During the non-business days, associated with May 6th, our Call Centre will be answering your queries, as follows:
- 06.05.2017 (Saturday) – from 09:00 AM until 06:00 PM;
- 07.05.2017 (Sunday) – non-business day;
- 08.05.2017 (Monday) – from 09:00 AM until 06:00 PM;
Upon need to block either a lost or a stolen card you can call the above stated telephone numbers anytime. Users of UBB’s e-banking or the mobile banking application UMobile, can utilize the card block/activate option at any time.

On 09.05.2017 (Tuesday) our branches, as well as our Call Centre, will operate within their routine business hours.
We remind you that during the non-business days you can perform operations with your bank cards at all ATMs and POS terminals in the commercial network, as well as upon online purchases and payments.
