Warning for fraud attempts through phishing e-mails

Dear clients,

    We would like to inform you of frequenting fraud attempts through phishing e-mails. In the internet e-mail messages are being disseminated on behalf of the Bank, containing a link with malware content. These are malicious attempts to obtain sensitive information, such as user names and login passwords for e-banking, details of credit/ debit cards - for example embossed names, card numbers, validity dates and CVC codes. We would like to remind you that the Bank does not request personal data from its clients via e-mail. In this respect, in case you receive such a message we recommend that you should delete it without opening any links in it. 

     If you have witnessed or been rendered victim of such a fraud, please call UBB AD's Client Contact Centre at 0700 117 17 or *7171 (short number for subscribers of Bulgarian mobile network operators), in order to alert about the problem. Thank you!
