Forthcoming changes in the execution of fund transfers over the period 28.01 - 31.01

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that in line with the implementation of a new platform of the BISERA payment system, impacting all providers of payment services in Bulgaria, on 28.01.2022 (Friday) the cut-off time for acceptance of fund transfers and direct debits in Bulgarian leva (BGN) with same-day execution deadline will be, as follows:
- For interbank fund transfers via BISERA and RINGS, ordered at branches and via the digital channels of the Bank – 14.30 h. Payment orders via UBB Online will be also accepted after 14.30 h., however with execution date 31 January 2022 (Monday). Via UBB Mobile the function for executing interbank fund transfers in Bulgarian leva (BGN) will not be accessible until 20.00 h. on 29.01.2022 (Saturday).
- With regard to payrolls, uploaded through a file – 14.30 h.
- Initiation of direct debit orders to clients of other banks will be possible by 11.00 h.
- Received direct debit orders from other banks, for which no available balance has been ensured by 11.00 h., will be rejected ex officio.
