UBB’s partnership with Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group embarks on a new stage of development in its general insurance business

January 04, 2016 marked the finalization of the deal for selling the shares of UBB’s insurance company - AIG AD - to Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group. This key deal on the Bulgarian insurance market has opened up new opportunities for partnership between one of the top banks in Bulgaria and the leading insurance company on the domestic market - an ambassador of European traditions and innovations in the insurance business.
This innovative partnership opens the door to rendering insurance protection by UBB and Bulstrad VIG to the numerous bank clients, by offering one of the widest and diversified portfolios of insurance products and services.
The terms and conditions of the insurance policies of all UBB – AIG AD (now, Nova Ins EAD) clients remain unchanged. UBB will, henceforth, continue rendering services to them via its branches throughout Bulgaria, by offering enhanced customer services and better feedback as regards clients’ insurance inquiries and needs.
