UBB standard consumer loans with lower interest rates

1,3% reduction of the interest rate on UBB standard consumer loans, effective from 01.03.2013. Thus, instead of the present 16,25% (base rate of 7% + margin of 9.25%) UBB clients will rely on an interest rate of 14.95% (base rate of 7% + margin of 7.95%)*, upon applying for a new loan.
Through the reduction of the interest rate for its non-collateralized consumer loans UBB again shows concern for its clients by providing them with optimum conditions for access to funds, through which they could accomplish their current plans.
The remaining terms and conditions on the loan are, as follows:

Application fee – BGN 30

No payroll and no suretyship
*APR – 17.42 % upon a loan of BGN 20 000 for a period of 120 months, variable annual interest rate of 14.95% calculated for the entire period, the following fees included: application fee – BGN 30, drawdown fee 2.5% and an annual fee of 0.5%. Monthly installment: BGN 328.2. Total due amount: BGN 39 914.42
