UBB supports freelancers with business loans

United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), part of the Belgian financial group KBC, offers especially developed products for freelancers. Packaged services for professionals - natural persons or registered by them sole proprietor /partnership companies include working capital loans with guarantee instruments, investment loans and overdrafts.
The working capital loan from UBB is being provided under alleviated collateral-related conditions upon the use of guarantee instruments. Business clients are enabled to obtain high amount of financing without tangible collateral up to BGN 150 000. Other advantages, offered by the product, are a fast approval procedure, without the need to provide cost-proving documents for drawdown, competitive pricing terms and long-term repayment period.
With the investment loans from UBB freelance business clients may take advantage of a longer period of the loan for purchase, construction and repair of real estates. The expert appraisal of the collateral upon purchase of movable assets is free of charge and clients are given an opportunity for using a VAT credit line.
Additionally, the Bank offers packaged programmes for consolidating of used payment banking services and optimizing the expenses for fees and commissions. In combination with the innovative UBB Video Banker service clients are given the convenience of a meeting in real time with experts of the bank, regardless of how remote they are.
