UBB opens a new Mortgage Centre in Sofia city

United Bulgarian Bank (UBB) has opened its new UBB Millennium Mortgage Centre, where the Bank’s clients will be able to use professional consultation for both purchase of a new home, as well as upon loans for refinancing of current needs, along with a fast home lending process.
There are experts of the Bank to assist clients during the entire process – from the initial survey upon selection of a new home and the loan, which is most suitable for them, until the funds drawdown stage. Clients are being treated in a personalized manner and are given advice on the financing and lending process.
Additionally, UBB experts will prepare a personalized offer, based on the needs, involving also a report with particular properties, corresponding to the set budget and demand, supplemented with their actual market value. UBB clients are granted access to information about important characteristic features of the property’s selected micro district, such as data about the population density and its demographic profile, including the types of schools, parks, transport lines in the area, the number of ATMs, fitness halls, food stores, pharmacies etc. The mortgage loan’s prior approval is based on the respective person’s income and is being received within one business day.
This centre has been established in line with the highest standards, set by UBB for rendering professional services to its clients and with the aim to offer easily accessible personalized consultation with experts. UBB Millennium Mortgage Centre is part of the Bank’s branch, located in the head office of КВС Group in Bulgaria, at 89B, Vitosha Blvd. in Sofia city and now welcomes the first clients, willing to use its services.
