The top-in-demand banking services now go online to the new UBB Digital Portal for Business Clients

United Bulgarian Bank launches the new web-based platform UBB Digital Portal to further facilitate the experience of its business clients. The platform enables them to send fully online their applications for non-credit products and services, most frequently opted for by their companies. The applications and documents, exchanged through the platform, are signed by both parties using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), thus bypassing the need to visit a branch of the Bank.
UBB Digital Portal is an opportunity for the UBB clients from the business segments to send, free of charge and at any time of their choice, applications for opening new accounts and deposits, issuance of credit or debit cards, business packages, POS terminals, cash collection, bank references, etc., by signing those with a QES. The Portal is accessible by all UBB business clients, using e-banking through the Digital Applications section. The intuitive design of the platform features fast and easy filling in and sending of the applications for non-credit services and keeping the registered information strictly confidential in line with all regulatory requirements, while assuring the highest level of protection.
Upon the fresh start of the Portal registered interest by business clients regarding the digital use of the Bank's services translated into submitted applications for account opening, for business cards and POS terminals. UBB clients may upload documents or use the Portal as a channel to communicate with the involved experts of the Bank.
After the launch of the UBB Trade Finance Portal in December 2020 now UBB Digital Portal comes as a continuation of the overall concept for digital business solutions, developed by UBB. Since the end of October 2020, the Bank has also introduced a process of digital QES-signing of documents, linked to loans of business clients from the SME and Corporate segment.
The hottest and highly innovative platform available to UBB business clients complements the core banking services for companies, deployed to them in a fully digital way, while guaranteeing convenience, safety and high quality in their business routine.
