Each customer, who has received a mortgage loan from the bank, will get a gift for his new home, as well as a credit card RaiCard, with an option of automatic payment of public utility services.
Raiffeisenbank launches a mortgage loan with 5,8% interest rate for the first 3 years of the loan’s term in BGN and EUR. The interest is formed as a sum of the bank’s cost of funds + fixed 1,3 pct addition for BGN and 2,3 pct addition for EUR for the first 3 years. For the rest of the period the fixed addition is 4 pct for loans in BGN and 5 pct for loans in EUR. Everybody willing to buy home, parcel or to make a reconstruction can get advantage of the new attractive interest rates till end of December, 2005. The bank extends its traditional promotion, giving the chance of all mortgage loan customers to choose a gift for their new home - DVD-player, coffee-machine, CD radio-cassette player, etc.
Raiffeisebank offers and additional bonus for its customers – a free of charge domestic credit card RaiCard, with no fees for the first year. The Raicard eases the mortgage loan customers by giving them the opportunity of automatic payment of their public utility services with the credit on the card. The service “Electronic Utility Services” has an additional option – receiving SMS or e-mail notification for completed, rejected or forthcoming payments.
The attractive conditions for Raiffeisenbank’s mortgage loans include no upper limits and a maximum term of up to 25 years. The customers have an option for 12 months grace period, free life insurance and free of charge international Visa Electron or Visa Classic without taxes for the firs year. The bank also offers mortgage loans with no income requirements with rate interests at 11% for loans in EUR, 12% for loans in BGN and 11,3% for loans in USD.
