This is to inform you that during Easter holidays, starting from 01.05 till 06.05. inclusive, UBB’s branch network will not operate.

The holiday working hours of our Customer Service Center are as follows: 01.05.2013 - 04.05.2013 inclusive from 09.00 AM till 06.00 PM and on 06.05.2013 from 09.00 AM till 06.00 PM.
For emergency card-related issues you may call 0700 117 17 or 02/980 22 35 at any time.
During the holidays you may perform operations through our ATM network as well as through our POS terminals upon purchases in the commercial network or through the Bank’s e-banking (click here to enter U on-line).
