Users of UBB Mobile can recommend UBB to their friends and earn BGN 80

UBB announced the launch of its first referral campaign - „Invite a friend to UBB and earn money“. It encourages the Bank’s customers, using the UBB Mobile app, to invite their friends, who are not customers of the Bank at present, with the help of the digital assistant Kate. Until 10.10.2025 customers can earn BGN 80 for every invited friend, who has complied with the campaign conditions.

With the new „Invite a friend to UBB and earn money“ service every existing customer of UBB Mobile can be rendered assistance from our digital assistant Kate through an especially generated code upon a fully automated and easily traceable referral process. Our experience shows that our customers more and more often and with even greater confidence ask Kate for advice. To participate in the campaign and earn the amount of BGN 80 existing UBB customers should approach Kate and ask for a unique referral code in a conversation with our digital assistant in UBB Mobile. Then, they need to share that code with their friends. The referral conditions are deemed fulfilled when the invited friend has registered himself/herself via UBB Mobile, has opened online a current account, which will be exempt from maintenance fee for a period of 12 months, has applied for a bank card and effected a transaction with it of minimum value BGN 20 by 10.10.2025.
Referred customers should also communicate with Kate, to confirm the fulfillment of the conditions and to provide their code to the digital assistant. This is the last step they should make, in order for the person who has invited them to receive his/her reward. The code can be used for an unlimited number of times and for every invited customer, who has fulfilled the campaign terms and conditions, the referring customer will receive his/her financial reward of BGN 80.
This campaign is open to all individuals of lawful age, who are UBB customers, holders of accounts with the bank and have registration in the UBB Mobile app. The complete Terms and Conditions of the Campaign are available in the dedicated webpage on the UBB website, accessible here, and you can also ask about them our digital assistant Kate.
