United Bulgarian Bank with a new member of the Board of Directors

Today, 7 March 2012, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of United Bulgarian Bank AD a new Member to its Board of Directors, Mr. Dimitrios Anagnostopoulos, has been elected.
Mr. Dimitrios Anagnostopoulos has over 10 years of banking experience in managerial positions with CitiBank - Athens and over the last five years he has held managerial positions in Finansbank, Istanbul - member of NBG Group.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting an amendment to the Statutes has also been approved, concerning the number of the Board of Directors’ members, pursuant to the Code on Commerce, as the fixed number has been changed to “from 3 up to 9 members”.
