Now UBB’s clients can download as a file their account and credit card statements from e-banking

date

18 May 2013

UBB already offers to its individual clients a PDF file download option for account and credit card statements at its e-banking webpage.

The new functionality is a part of the Bank’s environmental awareness campaign, within which UBB offers to its clients the option to renounce receipt of paper statements for a credit card or an OK loan. Effective from 5th of June a paper statement delivery fee of BGN 2 per month will be introduced for all clients.

As a next step of the campaign UBB provides its clients –cardholders with the option to not only view but also download their statements, as well as renounce a paper statement delivery at a specified address through single sign-on – UBB e-banking.

The access to statements and the renouncement can be made through the “Credit Cards” menu.  E-statements with account movements can be downloaded through the “Reports” menu in UBB’s e–banking.
