Updated General Terms on Payment Services for Corporate Clients

Dear Customers,

Please read the updated General Terms on Payment Services for Corporate Clients, which come into force on May 1, 2012.

The changes are related to the optimization of some texts, whereas no unfavourable conditions are being introduced for you, but it rather aims to achieve more clarity in serving you with regards to payment services use.
 
The relationship between you and the Bank shall be governed by the above mentioned General Terms, the specific contract for account or for a payment instrument and the relevant Tariff of interest rates, fees and commissions.
